Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time
On working days, orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2:00 PM are shipped the following business day.
Delivery Services
Depending on the location, weight, and service availability, we use tracked and signed-for courier services (such as UPS, Royal Mail, and DPD). You will receive tracking details via email or SMS as soon as the item ships.
Delivery Times
.UK Orders: Typically delivered next working day after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by location and customs handling, but usually range from 3–10 working days.

Delivery Issues
